Canal-front Paradise Retreat

Our family visited this property for Spring Break 2025 and found it to be the perfect setup for a family vacation. With kids 9 and 7, the short walk to the beach was easy, especially with the onsite wagon and beach toys waiting for us. An afternoon/evening spent poolside was ideal for unwinding while the kids played. We even caught a couple of fish in the channel out back. The property owner was very responsive with the couple of questions we had, but we enjoyed an issue free stay.

This property has a great pool, kitchen, open-concept living area, and many amenities (a beach wagon, cooler, and washer/dryer). It is within walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach on the Gulf.I believe this is a newer rental due to the extra conveniences that were missing, such as laundry baskets, some kitchen supplies, and a broom/sweeper. There wasn't any communication on how to leave the items in the house (towels, bedding,dishes,etc..), and I think that if the grill and outdoor chairs were covered, they would be in much better shape than they currently are. Also, the rebuilding after Hurricane Ian caused an unexpected traffic problem. All in all, it was great for our family. The kids could swim whenever they wanted and/or watch TV. We made dinner easily in the kitchen.

Perfect house for a great vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach wagon and chairs. The check in process was very easy. The house was a quick walk to the beach. The owner was very quick to communicate. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay! It was an easy walk to the beach and our pool on the canal was so nice. The house was very spacious and clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very good at communicating with us!
